Maithili is a language originated from Aryan Class of language and script of Maithili is Devnagri. So it is easier to understand this language for anyone.

Maithili as optional having very less syllabus and direct question are asked in mains exam. Once you prepared for Maithili , it will be more than sufficient and no need preparing again and again as then is no new inclusion in syllabus.
